Taipei Fine Arts Museum · 1F Galleries 1A and 1B · Taipei · –

A survey of the late composer and artist Ryuichi Sakamoto (1952–2023) from the 2000s onwards, showing how he crossed the boundaries of sound, image, light and technology to turn music into something seen and felt in space. Seven large installations and archive material trace his long collaborations with Shiro Takatani, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Zakkubalan, Carsten Nicolai and Daito Manabe. The exhibition was first shown at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo.
