Opened in 1976 as Japan's first museum on the upper floors of a high-rise, it moved in 2020 to a new six-storey building next door. Van Gogh's Sunflowers and works by Tōgō Seiji anchor the collection. Its website has Simplified and Traditional Chinese pages.
