Opened in 1999 as a museum dedicated to modern and contemporary Asian art, with about 5,000 works from 23 Asian countries and regions, on the 7th and 8th floors of the Hakata Riverain Center Building. Closed Wednesdays; Simplified and Traditional Chinese pages are available.
